Through our Customer Care Corporation, XYBASE provides maintenance and support services to assure clients of availability and reliability of their IT facilities to serve the business operations. Our services include:

Helpdesk services
CCC provides a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week nationwide support for systems operations and administration, network support and also user support.

Installation management
This includes installation and rectification of network cables and points. CCC also track and update information on network cabling infrastructure, establish network security, assign and maintain IP addresses.

Problem management
Problem management supports the tasks for managing problems and incidents from their detection through to the final resolution. This includes problem detection, analysis, recovery, resolution, and tracking of faults, problems or incidents affecting the system.

Operations management
This service supports the tasks associated with the planning, distributing, evaluating and controlling the workload in information system which includes system administration, receiving and responding to commands and setting policies regarding resources.

Performance management
Performance management addresses the tasks for ensuring the effectiveness with which information systems deliver services to your end-users.

Maintenance management
Among the services covered are liaison with suppliers and vendors, negotiation with suppliers and vendors for cost effective pricing, monitoring maintenance service levels. There is also in-house Repair Centre services, tools and spare parts for high volume and non-critical equipment.

Configuration management
This covers change control, system configuration, document changes in compliance to ISO 9002 standards.

Management support
This comprises of MIS support tasks for business and administrative services.
