System Implementation
We have implemented systems in hundreds of sites. Often, the deployment of systems occurs in a staggered manner, as we build the system. We have a specialized deployment team and customer assistance group. The deployment team installs and tests the system at site and remotely. The customer assistance group handholds the users to ensure that they are using the systems properly. Problems are reported immediately and via our Helpdesk services, the technical team can be deployed or changes in the systems can be made via a structured problem escalation process. |
