At the peak, the AORMS system would be interfaced with 96 different retailers that run on different technical platforms. This system enables PIATCO to effectively monitor and manage Retail Revenue at the Airport. It also interfaces to the SAP for billing purposes. AORMS enables PIATCO to shorten the time it takes to generate its bill to the retailers as well as to perform sales analysis, passenger profiling and produces other information for strategic management.

The AORMS is built using Oracle forms and reports, and is scaled to be e-enabled.
