The objective of the UPM Integrated Payroll and Human Resources Management System (IHRAMS) is to perform payroll processing as well as to allow integration between the payroll division and the Human Resource Department. This system provides appropriate reports to allow analysis of the processes involved in the payroll as well as the Human Resource processes.

The development tool used was Centura Team Developer Development Tools.

This is another integration project for XYBASE where we develop and customize the IHRMAS system to be able to store and prepare reports for the information purposes, updating and planning.
