Our involvement in the EG-AG project further enhanced our capabilities as an Operation, Maintenance and Support service provider. For MINDEF, we are entrusted to provide System Administration, Database Administration, maintenance and support services for the e-SPKB Application System. Users throughout Malaysia access the e-SPKB system.
The maintenance and support of application systems involves the e-SPKB systems, LFEP, Collection System, e-Maklum System, XMB (Message Broker), BASFE, InfoConnect for WinNT and Inet-FTP at MINDEF site. These sites are supported by our own Support Engineers.
Our Engineers are at site full-time performing on-site System and Database Administration services 5 ½ days a week.
