The National Service Program project is a response to the tender titled Perolehan Sistem Pemilihan Calon Berkomputer Program Khidmat Negara. The overall objective of this project is to create a computerized candidate selection system for the National Service Program and provide easy access for candidates to check their status.
XYBASE is providing a complete, comprehensive, state-of-the-art solution that fulfils all requirements set forth by the Ministry Of Defence. The system solution for this project is mainly based on the Computer Associates (CA) products. We are using Aion for our selection and for placement module, Advantage Gen for the rest of the application and Forest and Trees for producing reports.
Training and technology transfer programmes are put in place for the Jabatan Latihan Khidmat (JLKN) employees (the users) to be able to use the system efficiently and effectively. XYBASE practices project management, quality assurance and change management activities throughout the implementation. |
